    While we strive to prioritize nonprofit organizations, we also serve for-profit entities as per our discretion.

    5. As a user of our services, you agree to: Provide accurate and complete information when requested. Use our services only for lawful purposes. Not engage in any activity that may harm or disrupt our services or the servers and networks connected to them.

  6. Payment Terms
    7. All fees for services rendered will be outlined in the service agreement. Payments are due as specified in the agreement; late payments may incur additional charges. Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Refunds are not applicable

    8. Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation continues even after the termination of the agreement.
  8. Disclaimer of Warranties
    9. Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    10. digiSarathi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.
