Partner Programme

Become a DigiSarathi Social Impact Partner

Turn your NGO relationships into an entrepreneurial opportunity. Introduce an NGO, stay involved as the point of contact, and earn 20% of the professional fees when the project is paid.

Do you work with NGOs, nonprofits, CSR teams, funders, or social-sector leaders? Do you regularly meet organisations that need better websites, digital communications, AI adoption, fundraising content, CSR proposals, impact reports, dashboards, or portals?

DigiSarathi is inviting enterprising people from the NGO and development sector to become Social Impact Partners. This is not a job, internship, or formal employment. It is a practical opportunity to use your relationships, sector knowledge, and follow-up ability to help an NGO solve a real problem, and earn from the value you help create.

What you do
  • Introduce the NGO to DigiSarathi.
  • Help us understand the organisation's requirement and context.
  • Stay involved as the primary point of contact.
  • Coordinate conversations between the NGO and DigiSarathi.
  • Help move the discussion from initial interest to a confirmed project.
  • Support follow-up, alignment, and closure.
What DigiSarathi does
  • Understand the NGO's requirement.
  • Recommend a practical solution.
  • Prepare the scope and commercial proposal.
  • Handle technical and strategic discussions.
  • Build and deliver the agreed work.
  • Manage the professional delivery of the project.

The opportunity does not need to be perfectly defined. If an NGO has a challenge and you think DigiSarathi could help, start the conversation.

How it works
1
Spot a need
You identify an NGO with a relevant challenge or requirement.
2
Start the conversation
You discuss the possibility and get permission to connect them with DigiSarathi.
3
Make the introduction
You bring DigiSarathi into the conversation.
4
Stay as the point of contact
You coordinate communication, clarify context, and keep things moving.
5
We develop the solution
DigiSarathi prepares the scope, proposal, and delivery plan.
6
The NGO confirms
Once the project is agreed and the NGO pays, your commission becomes payable.
Commission

20% of the eligible professional fees actually received

The commission is high because you are not merely forwarding a contact. You remain involved and help take the opportunity to closure. Eligible professional fees exclude GST, third-party costs, reimbursed expenses, discounts, refunds, and other pass-through charges.

Example: if eligible professional fees are ₹1,00,000 and DigiSarathi receives that amount from the NGO, your commission is ₹20,000.

The payment process, timing, and invoicing requirements are discussed when an opportunity moves towards confirmation. Applicable taxes may apply.

Who should apply
  • An independent NGO or development-sector consultant.
  • A fundraiser, trainer, facilitator, or programme professional.
  • A communications, CSR, or partnerships professional.
  • An NGO-sector freelancer or social-impact entrepreneur.
  • Someone with strong relationships across nonprofits or foundations.
  • Someone who enjoys opening doors, coordinating people, and getting things done.

You do not need to be a technology expert. You need curiosity, credibility, initiative, and the ability to understand an NGO's situation and follow through. You are not expected to sell a fixed product, prepare proposals, or make technical commitments. DigiSarathi supports you with the technical, strategic, and commercial aspects.
